How to shape the future of sustainable student mobility without limiting international cooperation was shown at the second annual "Student Mobility Summit" in Barcelona. The complex topic was discussed by the expert community with students and university representatives.

Charles University was the only applicant from the Czech Republic to receive CZK 60 million for its Charleston project under the EU flagship programme for doctoral and post-doctoral education. The aim is to support young scientists who have already obtained a PhD and have previous international experience and whose research will focus on sustainability.

Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity and good deeds. It has been celebrated since 2012 on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, as a contrast to the Black Friday shopping frenzy. We are announcing a university collection of food items to be donated to the Food Bank of Prague and Central Bohemia. Every good deed counts!

The winner of the 11th annual Czech Social Awards in the category of corporate podcast is Udržitelná Karlovka. The award was accepted by Filip Liška, the podcast's producer, and it highlights the ability to reach out to listeners outside the university and to convey the topic of sustainable development in an attractive way.
