Key Areas

The ambition of Charles University is to contribute to the fulfilment of sustainable development goals, particularly in its primary roles, which are in education and research. However, we also focus on the third role of universities, which is public service, such as participation in public debates, popularization of research results, and their application. Given its size, Charles University must also fulfil these goals in its own operations, from the functioning of the entire university to the level of individual students and staff.
