            introduce the possibility of free rental of electric bicycles for its employees. This init

            * Rules for Renting Electric Bicycles
            ******************************************************************************************
            • Renting and reservation of the e-bike is possible only on working days from 8.00 to 18.0

            • The borrower is obliged to check the technical condition of the borrowed bike before the

            • Upon receipt, the borrower assumes all responsibility for the loaned item until its retu

            • The borrower is obliged to return the borrowed e-bike on time.
            • The borrower is obliged to use the e-bike in such a way that no damage is caused to it a

            • Riding a borrowed e-bike is at your own risk and the lender is not responsible for any d
              the borrowed object to the borrower, his own property or other movable and immovable obj
              persons during the entire period of borrowing, nor for the borrower's health during the 

              borrowing.
            • It is forbidden to transfer or lend the e-bike to another person.
            • In the event of damage, loss or theft, the borrower is obliged to immediately notify the

              Police of the Czech Republic.
            • The borrower is obliged to immediately report a traffic accident on the borrowed e-bike 
              and the Police of the Czech Republic.

            • Other damages or defects on the borrowed e-bike must be reported immediately to the lend

            • The borrower is not entitled to make any interventions or modifications to the bike.

            • The Borrower agrees to pay all costs associated with the repair of the e-bike in questio
